Have you emailed SYA - JB yet to confirm existence of Shareholder Agreement and how PLL minority rights are protected?
Yes I brought it up ... and have confirmation of that from SYA - JB ... all the proof you need is at your fingertips
I really don't care whether you email SYA or not - but don't come back here and spray BS until you have your dialogue with SYA and then please do come back here with your tail between your legs and make your apologies.
