Yes, I think everyone is aware that shareholder agreements are commonplace- the issue at hand here is that we have another poster that Keeps bringing it up and implying that there are provisions contained therein that give PLL a veto as minority shareholder over 75% shareholders. I have never ever seen a minority shareholder dictating the outcome of what are strategic operational mining matters. I'm still waiting on this certain poster to substantiate what he has written and to prove that such provisions exist in the shareholder agreement. Might I add- he has stated that he doesn't have a copy of the agreement and has not seen this agreement, but nevertheless appears to be certain of his position ( to the extent he wants me to apologize). This is is a very strange stance to take.
