Have you contacted James Brown yet? He has your answers. All you have to do is ask (you should probably have asked some time ago).

I suppose you want me to copy and paste the email dialogue - well I wont do that. You want the answer - you do the work and that includes asking the right questions. May I remind you (again) that what I said
"I/We do not know exactly what it says"
because I'm not stupid enough to ask for a copy and I would hope SYA mgmt isn't stupid enough to supply a copy. I asked about the agreement not the exact contents because those sort of questions wont get answered.

Get it right and it explains why we (mainly PLL posters) maintained that going downstream required both JV partners to agree and that the 75% partner cant just ride roughshod over the top of the 25% partner.

You can keep carrying on about substantiation - I have already told you why I believe a Shareholder Agreement governs certain aspects of the JV and what I believe that structure is. YOUR JOB as an investor is if you need clarification on certain aspects then YOU NEED TO ASK DIRECTLY the source that can answer it. Substantiation will come to you via James Brown.
