You mentioned that a JV company was set up - SYAQ ? . We know the ownership structure is 75:25%. But you are saying - "you know" that the shareholders agreement states otherwise in terms of proportional entitlement to vote on strategic decisions. I mean if this was a 50:50 JV sure but it's not and therefore it is certainly not my interpretation of what has been issued via ASX. All I can do is take publicly available information at face value- after all we are listed on the ASX and ownership structure has been realised to the ASX. I've already said that I don't think we will go into C &M however, that said if prices drop further (unlikely but who knows), there is no way in hell that a minority party can dictate what course of action should be taken (especially to the operator of the mine). lithium appears to have bottomed- we're just in a few week of uncertainty leading up to Chinese new year.
