This has clearly blindsided most holders of both companies, Sayona his been for a nice little run (likely orchestrated for this sale in some way, or due to DFS leaks it would possibly now appear) and is now 25% down on this news - do you honestly expect Sayona holders to be speaking favourably of Piedmont right now? Of course this sale of SYA stock doesn't change the SYAQ JV or the OTA, anyone saying that has no idea what they're talking about as we all know. Stop being a DH just for once.
