Back in Oct 2021 Sigma Lithium (Brazilian asset) announced OTA with LGES

and yesterday they received this

Why now and what is the dispute really about that the remedy requires arbitration. A possible complication is Sigma was trying to sell itself and the Chinese were the front runners to acquire ... but in this low price environment SGML asking price is probably too much.
Something to watch.
