Tennessee - 1B capex required. Maybe Biden and co will inflate piedmont there.

Carolina - Not much of a pulse here atm.

It'll eventually turn good but right now the market is pricing it fairly. Eventually, something else will have to give and they will have to prioritize between spod and hydroxide. CRs are inevitable. Maybe a cheap TO for someone. On my watch list.
