Well Paul, I thought you were a good CEO, a man of his word. How you can sell out your company at a cycle low and then say
show you are actually FOS ... your own investor day, your own words and those of your CFO put long tem fair value around US$8 -$US10 per share ...easily.
I'll take the double but had this earmarked for at least 5X.
Obviously I'm a NO vote to the acquistion and hope there are enough shareholders (> 25%) to thwart to 75% needed for approval.
