Where does this 113tpy for the offtake come from?
The Presentation says refer 11th Jan 2021 announcement for supply agreement terms.
This document says the supply agreement terms are 50% of production or 60tpy (dry), whichever is greater.50% of 168tpy is at 84tpy.
Can only put the remaining down to the 25% ownership of Sayona Quebec. 84x1/4 = 21tpy.
Plus the 14.4% of SYA. 84x9.75x0.144 = 9tpy
That gets us to 114tpy, close enough.
So potentially we can only use 105tpy in our calculations? As the money from the 9tpy will go to SYA.
Anyways let us know your thoughts, still sounds like a solid investment to me.
