Some old SYA documentation had confusing references to the off-take sizes if NAL wasn't in production and that was where the 60kt figures came from. The following is from SYA's 2022 annual report and makes it clearer.
The off-take is Life of Mine, so even if a Carbonate/Hydroxide plant is built, any extra production beyond that needed for C/H is supplied under the off-take to PLL. I would however like to see a price sensitive announcement confirming the start date of deliveries.
