PLL didn't just "amend" their OTA. TSLA didn't just amend their OTA. They "jointly" agreed to more suitable terms for BOTH parties (not one of one)
Tonnage and Term ARE LINKED ... ~125Kt over the period H2'23 to end 2025 ... that is NOT MORE THAN the 113Ktpy of PLL OTA with SYQ.
But what would we know over here in reality land.
