100% and this may happen with IRA and USA tax credits.
It should also be noted that the Quebec undertaking require chemical production by 2027. By then NAL could have a larger land area/production profile, moblan is producing etc
It's a long way off and all holders should focus on the restart of the NAL mine which looks to be going well.
