If you email Sayona (as I did yesterday) they will reiterate what is in their summary of offtake terms : Both JV parties must agree to joint downstream processing for the order of spodumene preference to change. Fact.
Remember place faith in official ASX announcements not webinars, conversations or fantasy innuendos etc.
My favourite fallacy is if Piedmont do not mention the price ceiling figure each interview then it must have magically disappeared!
