Yeah I guess the point is that It's blatantly obvious NAL is viable. When reports are released about something that could well be true given that this kind of thing would frequently happen in Africa, coupled with the Piedmonts in experience with permits in the past, it just doesn't look good.
Don't get me wrong, I hope for everyone's sakes the reports are wrong. I guess we'll find out more today
