It makes interesting reading in places.

For instance, there appears to be NO ISSUE which Ewoyaa tenement... but with the adjacent Cape Coast Tenement that Atlantic is exploring to grow the project. So how exactly does this impact the PRESENT mining application for Ewoyaa.

What crime is it that PLL has committed? Not digging deep enough? Hmm ... well that net captures many. Besides Atlantic would have a lot of explaining to do. If Atlantic are the "bad guys" (and I sure hope they are not - be a costly mistake on my part) maybe Ghana thinks PLL is a better choice as operator ..???

And as far as payments and royalties ... doesn't look out of place to most acquisitions I've seen in the past.
