It's obvious you know very little about the operation/coy, so perhaps do a little more research before you buy up. ALL as operator runs the day to day so obviously PLL only needs to note that ALL refute the claims, much like how SYAQ run the NAL operation. But you may already know that.

I did note tho, which you may also be very interested in, is that ALL and PLL have a potential 50% OTA. Seems ALL lawyers and mgmt are more switched on than SYA, because they've penned an OTA price that is linked to mkt price... Can you tell us why SYA were happy to sign off on a capped price of $900/t? That'd be a worry if you're a SYA holder. BTW, how much is that OTA worth now, precious?
