Yep KP does seem an astute manager who knows his stuff and how to structure a deal well. These are good attributes to have in a CE.
One of the big wildcards is how he and his team of advisors/supports are progressing on the financing package for the projects. The declining Chinese lithium spot prices won't be making that easy, but there's also almost certainly a significant number of OEM's looking for IRA compliant ore and finding supply is extremely limited across multiple metals/minerals needed.
