We have just found out that even a $60m placement into SYA knocks the share price by 19%.
I'd hate to think what a $600m capital raise would do. Perhaps 3c, perhaps lower? If SYA were to do that at 3c, shares on issue would go up by 20,000,000,000 to become circa 30b. While there's some gains from the project existing shareholders only get 1/3rd of those gains.
I wonder when SYA will pull the pin on a share consolidation, perhaps 100:1?
