My thoughts:
- PLL will not need cash today, but will in the medium term as capital commitments arrive
- PLL recognise that SYA will need a near term CR to continue operations
- PLL recognise that SYA also has major capital commitments with no clear pathway to funding
- PLL recognise that Retail funds will be limited after they participate in the SYA CR, so the option is either sell now or struggle to sell later post-SYA CR
- PLL may also recognise that negotiations with US Govt about the new loan facility is far away
