Given your realsitic approach acwbagnall you might respond to the following.
PLL is going to sell 33% of their production to Tesla for 10-20% (for average we will call it 15%) of the revenue - very generous just on the face of it!
What struck me in this, was that means that PLL will need to get 85% of their revenue from the remaining 67%. I think they have been "Musked"
How do they think they can get say $15 for 1/3 of production and $42.50 for each of the remaining 2/3. That is 2.8 times their loss leader.
Not a hope in hell!

Some years ago Musk offered to take product from GXY for zero - effectively stating that the nearness to Tesla was sufficient payment!
I would love to see PLL's costings!
