Foster Stockbroking in their 29Sep17 analysis of PLL says (p13):
"Permitting risk. PLL has yet to obtain a mining license. There is a risk the company may not be able to secure a permit due to various issues such economic, environmental, government, or geological."
This seems to be a fairly serious potential impediment.
How close are they to obtaining the licence?
