Thank you pirra for that extensive clarification of the situation. I was not aware that the Record Date for the 5: 3 share offer had ( it seems, you say) been postponed. I will look at that NOTICE OF GM which you refer to.

I have called it a share offer but quite right you are to make clear that it is a CR, holders at time of Record Date being able to purchase 3 new shares at 1 c a share for every 5 held on that date, contingent on conditions being met as you say.

You have done well holding PLP since 0.007 c. I bought then but sold at 1.2 and then was in and out again. I did well but have since strayed here and there buying certain other stocks to no very good effect where I should have simply held and ( traded a little ) PLP. It is a gem of a stock.
