Pirra, I was going to post this earlier but thought I would leave it till tomorrow. Your post just reminded me of my earlier thoughts.

In the original Ann regarding the CR to finalise Lepidico deal - part of the Ann stated that PLP can alter the terms and method of the raise at anytime in consultation with Lepidico.

Could it be possible that we can interpret the fact they they have not clearly outlined the terms of the 3 for 5 rights issue yet because they may actually alter the structure of the deal ? Maybe the CR 3-5 will be reduced or possibly the 1c raise heightened.

Have a look at the Ann of 16/3 and also AGM notice 2/5.....I would be interested in your thoughts on this ?
