I wanted to address some of your points..

PLS hasn't posted an annual profit, however markets are forward-looking and right now they obviously like what they see given the massive re-rating of the entire lithium sector (look at the performance of the LIT ETF). There's an entire plant sitting there that's about to come online and double PLS production and buyers queuing up out the door (11 participants in the BMX auction) ready to take sc5.5 let alone sc6 at crazy high prices ($1250USD/t).

Can you explain the link between PLS trying to sell half the project in 2019 and you believing it's overvalued now as you've raised this point a couple of times and I am trying to understand the significance.

Are you trying to suggest that the lithium market is cyclical? Because I'd agree with you. PLS as a stock pumps and dumps aggressively. The only thing to determine is how long will the bull market last? You obviously think we are at the peak or close to it because you have stated that you opened a short position.

Given the current financial climate of next to 0 interest rates and record amounts of Q.E that leans heavily into a green future I think it's pretty crazy to short this. Only .1% total shorts too. Good luck.
