Looks like a classic bosom and nipple formation to me (see HC chart to right). Some separation in between (cleavage), followed by the next hooter with a nipple high. And as we know, one is always slightly bigger that its twin - and so it goes. Could be the formation of a classic mountain range bosom chart - extending towards an Everest peak with a white lithium cap - the quintessential white nipple high.
