I would imagine that in moving up to P1000, Operations will have increased their ROM capacity and ramp up to production should only take a few months, give it 3-6 months assuming some production time losses. That said, these guys have had nearly a year? at SC5.5 and I think they know they've hit the sweet spot so to be honest and again if they are as competent as I think they are, ROM will be ready to go and ramp up will only be short.
I can imagine getting the triples out the gate fast enough and to port and other logistical challenges would be the bottle neck, not so much production.
