Both have world class deposits of hard rock spodumene
Both are about a year away from digging it out of the ground
Both deposits are probably within 1 or 2 kilometers of each other
Both companies don't have the money to build their mines
Why build two almost identical AUD$100M mines within 1 or 2 kilometers of each other?
At this stage of the PFS and DFS it would be mad not to talk to each other about merger/takeover.
(I have no idea, just speculation. Duplication of mines so close to each other is a waste)
If they were to merge or one take the other over I'd expect it to happen soon.
