It looks like a typical buying bot.
Someone wants to buy a parcel but don't want to push the price up while doing so.
All the bot does is sell 50 or 100 shares (usually this combination) to the buy price.
This means the last price is always the low buy price. In this case it's trying to block sales at 13 by showing 12..5 as last sale.
They want other sellers to come in at 12.5 and sell .
As that happens it can drop to 12 and so on.
The seller will jump in a grab a bunch of shares when the sell volume gets high enough to grab a good parcel.

Take this morning, the price was heading to 13. The bot started dripping small sell order so that last price is 12.5, Others panic it will go back down and place sells, then we go down to 12. As soon as that happens the bot drips in at 12.

This bot is selling 100 to 150 per minute, which is only less than 10K per hour, not much.
At some point it will grab a parcel of say 500k but never take out all sellers. It just waits for volume in the sellers column to increase again.

Buying bots are harder than sell bots. Sell bots are really selling.. Buying bots are selling but really buying.
Buying bots usually end with s share price the same or higher they start whereas selling bots almost always drop the share price

Both bots are trying to stabilize the price to advantage. The buy bot wants to buy at a low or stable price. The sell bot wants to sell at the highest possible price without causing panic.

The volume always tells the difference. Buy bots 50 to 150 shares and sell bots 800 to 1600. Of course they think they are clever and try to disguise their actions. They actually do work because not many understand what they are doing.

It;s called human nature. Buy at 12.5 and sell at 13. You always see last sale is 12.5 then you expect the price is coming down and put your sell on for them to buy. Selling bots are just more simple, little sales that accumulate over time.
