Well, CYMON, PLS was trading at 15.5c on 18/6/15.
Given that many buyers bought in at the low to very low sub 10c from what I gather reading HC.
Given the delay of the mining licence.
Given the rumblings in Greece and Europe in general.
It only seems logical that some of theses buyers would want to mitigate their exposure to some degree and make a handsome profit along the way.
Yes there is a huge up side, but one must not ignore the human emotions of fear and greed.
So.
The longer the delay to getting mining operations going the more this will slide IMHO.
No licence, no mine. PLS keeps burning cash.
But hey that's just my take on it. I could be absolutely completely wrong.
Only time will tell eh.
