If your Australian I think you can believe Aussies will be one of the last in the developed world to take on EV's. Simply the cost of them and the lack of distance traveled per charge as well as negative sentiment from the current government will see us lag behind the majority of the developed and maybe even developing world (ie India/China).
EV action will be in Asia and Europe predominately followed by the US then may us.
