Bing, I suggest we wait until the company announces the financing details before making blanket statements about what's in and what's out. CR can involve institutions and not include retail investors. While unlikely, we can't rule it out simply because it hasn't been mentioned. As far as I'm now concerned, I just want the capital raised because there's no mine without it.
