35C tested today, not into predicting game but the odds seems to favor a continuing sell off if this support doesn't hold. If I recall 19 June is the day of the CR news and briefly price fell then recovered. In all honesty I think 31C has more chances to be tested then not. There just isn't a credible reason to be looking to get in because when it is in a potentially most 'dangerous' stage of its life cycle, proven engineering design and withing budget of completion. We all know that even the best miner faces lots of issues along the way and experiences of managing projects will be what define good management. Good luck to the holders.
