Convenient excuse but also credible. I say convenient because the price they sold was strategic if one is using horizontal lines. A real fight going on at 35C and plenty showing their hands on the bid stack. Should we have more property punters requiring quick cash then there is not much slippage. That's the market one quick gain is another loss or was it the other way around?
