Yes its all encompassing - its the big picture of everything - the known knowns and the yet to be known unknowns - Dilution is every shareholders worse enemy so yes the more shares on issue the harder it gets to reproduce past share price performance.
Peer comparison of companies is always done on market cap not share price or shares on issue !
