The chart technicals doesn't look like any bounce can get bullish tractions, stuck in a tight congestion from April this year. Throw in mine building phase where there can only be bad news from cost blow outs/engineering issues, the only good news is withing budget and time. No wonder it is in a directionless holding pattern. Plenty of time to be sidelined just waiting for the technicals to change.
Might just add that 36C is a solid support but if that breaks potential to slowly slide and test post CR level of 35C.
