For starters, the MIN case is the main game at the moment and so yes, they would be spending time on this. Would the current share price be better without the MIN drama? I have absolutely no doubt.
Secondly, PLS just acquired Dakota. They are doing much more than working on the court case.
Don't blame management for the share price. If you want to blame anyone then blame the shareholders who are just like you and selling because of a run of uncertainty that will disappear in time.
