As someone who has casually enjoyed reading and learning from Hot Copper for some time I thought it was time to offer something back in return. The case studies are seriously scary, because it is disturbing trends in real data that are used to highlight what is actually taking place. It is one thing to think prices are being manipulated but the videos show how it is done. Anyway, for what its worth, it makes a welcome change from the Brexit distraction.
