Don't be disheartened by past efforts struggling to get lift-off. There is enough basic evidence commonly available to justify perusing this again. I've also sent ASIC a request to investigate Manipulative Trading; additionally I want to see action to stop manipulation during cap raising's that effectively reduce a stocks price to an artificial low to benefit sophisticated investors etc. This action is insider trading at its best because it doesn't necessarily involve the use of algorithms. (If ASIC do not openly investigate this then it will need to be esculated). A system wide inquest is required as everyone sees it happen with stocks they hold after it has occurred yet one is reluctant to blow the wistle as it could put their investments in jeopardy.
