This was heavily discussed yesterday. With reference the Company's announcement from December, most of the extra initial cost is in contemplation of the immediate move from a 2mtpa operation to 5mtpa operation. Worst case, if the Company felt it prudent to raise a further $50m or $100m, they could easily do so, and not at much of a discount. There are some very large Institutions on board now, and that sort of raising (if needed) would be done before lunch, and not too dilutive.
