Another way to calculate; KDR ath $2.48, at same time PLS half that ~ $1.25
So now KDR offer of $1.90. If PLS board sold us out at 95cents (half) that puts us in the same shoes. Sure, it's a premium on the vwap but what potential is being given away. Also many shareholders bought higher than the offer.
Very simplistic I know but another way of looking at it.
