PLS is the one people often miss the bottom as it reverses too quickly after hitting a near term bottom. All I can say is that if one does not think long term is shorter than 4 weeks, it's ok to pick up more shares under 60c. The chart seems to say that it can stay over 50c. There has been enough selling. The news is not the end of the world. The reversals tended to be sharp. I am grabbing more but in small quantities.
