Bit of a longer term look with PLS. I've over-layed a major Fibonacci from its low at 1c to all time high. Seems to be a bit of correlation on the difference zones.

Pro's
found support of the 61.8 fib ~48c range.
weekly slow stochastics oversold and look to be turning
Monthly slow stochastics moving into oversold
no real resistance all the way to 59.5c
Daily MACD has crossed so signalling a move upward in the medium term.

Cons
In a downtrend channel
MACD weekly in the negative zone and heading down still
MACD monthly still heading down no signs of crossing
no support below the 48c until the 36-38c mark.
Broke major long term support shown in thick red.

If you're bullish/holder. You want 48c range to hold - which should see a short term move toward that 60c. If she can get over that next target is that major support in red roughly 70c price target depending on timeframe of re-test.

If you're on the outside/bearish. Break downward of 48c would see it trickle down the channel with major support of 38c. I see almost no technical suggestion currently that it would ever trade lower (monthly weekly etc all very oversold)

IMO 48c hold short term, will move toward that 59c range. If not, that 38c range would be extremely good value.
