Joe, KB clearly stated from the outset that a partnership deal will only be done if this was beneficial to the shareholders. He also stated, recently, that there was much interest in the partnership. I deduce that therefore the price was not right, given the reason state of LIT and the company is not stressed that it needs to do a deal. Given the POSCO injections of $37m AUD, i am comfortable that PLS will ride this out and once the upturn comes and the AUD stays low, it will be a hard run up. AIMO
