i know it's early days... but check the PLS on the weekly. Look familiar? And have we got enough happening fundamentally to support a price spike? I'd say so, plus announcements due soon on POSCO JV.
Old rule of 4 saw PLS do low of 31c into high of $1.25...is this the start of the next one? 57c into ~$2.28??
