If an Algo X is selling tiny parcels to the market and buying mostly of it back and waiting for suckers to buy in....
The exchange is legal...similar to transfer to mates rates live....
It's a volatile year... .if you think Morgan Stangley was bad enough talking lithium prices down and buying up GXY for 5 months on the dark... you have not seen nothing....
Executable are everywhere... if you can't watch it or trade it... you know what to do....
My $0.65 cents thoughts....
