More battery factories to come online late this calendar year. Panasonic, LG Chemistry, SK Innovation and Samsung SDI China Battery Factory will be completed or put into operation in the second half of this year. Among them, LG Chemistry's 32 Gwh Nanjing plant is expected to start production in October, Samsung SDI Tianjin plant renovation project is expected to be completed in the year, and SK Innovation's 7.5 Gwh Changzhou plant is expected to be completed in the second half of the year. The investment of these four enterprises in China amounted to 54.55 billion yuan, which is expected to gradually boost the demand for high-quality lithium salt in the future.
