Not quite the same predicament as A40 at the moment but further deterioration in prices and ability to move the product and PLS might find itself in the similar situation as A40.
Hence I said "flirting dangerously close to being next A40)
Cntract prices are expected to go lower still (aoccording to majors forecasts)
At this stage it's vitally important for PLS to deliver on recovery costs reductions. (To be able to make profit and service debt on thinning profit margins).
It's also vitally important to be able to move sufficient quantities of the product in oversupplied market. And that's not something PLS management can fully control and deliver on without 3rd party.
