-The fact that we are a small cap in Aus, we would be a micro cap in say America.
- They would have to delist here and reissue shares in a foreign market

The list probably goes on. It is a bit irrelevant now. The company hopefully won't ever need to raise capital via equity issuance again which is the main issue with relation to the share price from a company perspective. Now the main relevance of SP is to the directors own pockets. Best way to fix that for all of us is get to market on time and on budget and start putting dollars in the bank. You can only deny cash for so long.

Before anyone gives the Galaxy are producing and still suffering argument, we will see when they do their 4c how much cash they are actually generating atm.
