I am expecting shorts to go lower and lower, and SP to correspondingly rise in the coming months as there is progress in implementing infrastructure. Also, worthwhile noting is that in the latest ANN, there was a strong hint of a probable further significant increase in JORC reserves, as a new drilling campaign kicks off using info of current drilling results. No more CRs anticipated which gives a strong support at 35c.
There is also an indication in media reports that Lithium contract prices for 2018 are trending higher than current prices, which is great news considering production start in Q2 2018. So all in all, SP poised for a gradual rise now IMO
