Not sure as to how tight you consider 'near term' to be be, but RCR signed up for a GMP of $148m with an incentivised price at $138m..that plant will be mostly modular with an approximate construct time of about 10 months plus 3 month full capacity commissioning ...$65m in the bank ain't going to cut it; slap that 65m into the cashflow forcast (albeit some substantial long term leads have been procured ) ( also not forgetting that RCR will front load it ) and the $65m will last about 7 months excluding working capital; the company will need to get DSO agreement and debt financing sorted in the near term
